Pathway to Excellence Organizational Demographic Form (ODF) Updated
GOOD NEWS! Effective February 1, 2019, Pathway to Excellence Applicant organizations will now submit data at the facility level— unit level data is not required. The ODF must submitted as an Excel file.

Additional changes have been made to the Interim Monitoring Report Requirements that will take effect once designation has been achieved. 

Please see Interim Monitoring Requirements for additional information.

Lima, Peru: Jeff Doucette, VP of the Magnet Recognition Program® and Pathway to Excellence and Christine Pabico, Director of the Pathway to Excellence Program met with leadership from the Consejo Regional, professors at nursing schools in Peru, and the chief nurses from different hospitals in Peru to discuss how education is essential to empowering future nursing leaders.
